育儿嫂教你包裹宝宝的方法注意事项

1、随着季节和室温的不同，包裹方法也应不同。冬季室温较低时，可用被子的一角绕宝宝头围成半圆形帽状;如果室温能达到20℃左右则不必围头，可将包被角下折，使宝宝头、上肢露在外面。包被包裹松紧要适度，太松或太紧都会令宝宝感到不舒服，包被外面也不要用布带紧束捆绑。捆绑过紧不利于宝宝四肢自由活动，影响生长发育。夏季天气较热时，只需给宝宝穿上单薄的衣服或是包一条纯棉质料的毛巾就可以了。

2、注意不要采取“蜡烛包”式来包裹宝宝，这种“蜡烛包”不仅限制了宝宝的自由活动和正常呼吸，而且严重影响宝宝的正常发育。宝宝下肢的自然状态是屈曲状，下肢屈曲略外展的体位还可以防止髋关节脱位。
